Case Study 1:

Directions: Using the following information, outline how you would approach working with this person in the CPR System.

I have just finished round two with XYZ. I am very excited about the results of that survey. The best thing about it was it showed them in excruciating detail what was working and what wasn't working and what they needed to do to move in the direction they want to go. Last year they got their results and said "Thanks for your help Jayne, but we'll take it from here." Their results this year were quite humbling. I didn't really have to say "I told you so" because the survey said it. They are open to having help this year. What was disappointing to me is that I so how haven't presented myself as the obvious choice. I'm told I will get a shot at a proposal.
Right now they are presenting results to their executives (with out me of course).

I could use some coaching on how to proceed from here. This weeks class gave me some ideas for conversation with the VP of HR to help him think through what he needs to do about the problem he has just found. He thinks he wants to get a coach in there. I suggested a scope of work to see if coaching is the right solution. He said "yeah, yeah, yeah..."
