CPR Store Affiliate Application

If you have products that you can discount by at least 50%, they may be eligible for our store, in which case, people redeeming points will select your products for redemption and we will then pay you the agreed upon fee in 45 days once the guarantee period has elapsed. Please use this form to submit products for review.  Some sample listings are located here for example. We also encourage services, such as coaching, mentoring and consulting for our store. This is a great way to get new long term clients.
